Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Canada is actively recruiting for a Territory District Service Manager. The incumbent will support and manage dealerships within an assigned territory, communicating across levels, evaluating staff capabilities, and recommending improvements to support Konica Minolta products.

The role demands extensive travel (about 80%) and requires strong presentation skills, knowledge of service management software, and a commitment to ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills required.
• Familiarity with service management software.
• Ability to resolve technical and customer-relations issues.
• Ability to assist leadership in evaluating technical and managerial staff.
• Offer guidance on development activities for staff.
• Solid knowledge of Konica Minolta products.
• Understand and support company policies.
• Desire to continually learn and maintain industry certifications.
• Position requires extensive travel (about 80%).
• Certifications A,N,CDIA,MCP,MCSE are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the dealer base and assess the knowledge level of technical staff.
• Assess and recommend organizational improvements, staffing and training needs for Konica Minolta products.
• Submit reports on dealer visits and technical product performance.
• Conduct seminars/workshops for existing and new products.
• Be trained on all products and troubleshoot/repair equipment including Production Print Color and Monochrome.
• Collaborate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Support Direct Branch requests as needed.
• Coordinate with sales to communicate dealer information and needs.
