Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, automotive technology, marketing, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience with a proven track record of success.
• 2+ years in a sales-related capacity; previous wholesale automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with assigned Mazda dealers and Mazda colleagues to improve service and parts operations and profitability.
• Work with dealership management to develop and execute action plans to improve customer experience and service retention.
• Perform profitability analyses and consult with dealership management to increase revenue and control costs.
• Review reports, scores, trends, and customer comments to identify gaps and recommend best practices.
• Make recommendations to drive increased service traffic and wholesale parts and accessory business.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing messages and dealer merchandising across platforms.
• Support and implement national and regional service and parts marketing plans.
• Achieve assigned parts sales objectives.
• Review reports before weekly dealer visits; ensure compliance with policies; document contacts; perform region-specific duties.
