McKee Foods is seeking a District Sales Representative for Madison, WI, covering the southwest WI to Dubuque, IA area. You will drive sales growth by partnering with wholesale distributors and retailers, acting as the face of the brand, and supporting distributors to maximize market share.

The role requires relationship-building, a drive to meet targets, and willingness to travel extensively within the district.

Qualifications

• Post-high school education or equivalent experience.
• Three years of retail management or sales experience.
• Customer service experience across diverse situations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and present sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively within or outside the district.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Foster sales growth with independent wholesale distributors and retailers.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Act as liaison between McKee Foods, distributors, and retailers.
• Motivate wholesalers to expand sales.
• Recruit and appoint competent distributors and provide orientation.
• Manage and develop a sales territory; ensure vehicle operation.
• Maintain regular communication with supervision and complete timely reports.
