Job summary

ZEISS in North America is seeking a Business Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and execution for portable measurement and inspection solutions. You will manage direct and indirect channels, drive revenue, and ensure market coverage with a high-performance sales team.

Based in Wixom, MI or Huntersville, NC with up to 50% travel, this hybrid role requires strong leadership, channel development, and the ability to translate complex tech into customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, business, science, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in relevant industries.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing direct and indirect sales channels.
• Proven track record achieving revenue and profitability objectives.
