Job summary

White Cap is hiring a District Sales Manager in Colorado to lead a team of account managers, drive sales growth, and monitor key metrics such as category penetration and gross profit. You will spend significant time with account managers and field staff to coach, train, and optimize selling strategies in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires 7+ years in related sales roles, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid MVR as you may operate company or personal vehicles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in related sales field.
• Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Reviews key sales metrics including growth, category penetration & gross profit.
• Trains and coaches sales associates and account managers.
• Leads and inspires teams to focus on high-potential opportunities.
• Provides regular feedback and ensures accountability to drive profitable results.
• Spends substantial time with Account Managers to coach and develop.
