White Cap is seeking a District Sales Manager to help build America’s skyline and your own future. This on-site role leads sales initiatives across the district, coaching Account Managers and driving growth with key customers.

You’ll review sales metrics, train teams, and develop strategies to win opportunities, leveraging 7+ years in related field and 5+ years with the local customer base to deliver profitable results while operating a company vehicle as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of industry sales experience.
• 5+ years of experience with area customer base.
• Strong sales management, recruiting, leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews key sales metrics including sales growth and gross profit percentage.
• Leads, engages, and inspires the team to focus on opportunities with high sales potential.
• Trains and coaches Account Managers in selling processes and techniques.
• Seeks customer feedback and shares insights with leadership to improve performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
