White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC. is hiring immediately for a District Sales Manager in California, leading and coaching a team of Account Managers and Sales Associates.

You will review key sales metrics, drive growth, and ensure profitable results, spending substantial time with Account Managers to pursue high-potential opportunities. Strong leadership, cross-functional knowledge, and customer feedback focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field and 10+ years of industry sales experience.
• 5+ years experience with area customer base.
• Strong sales management background and recruiting experience.
• Product knowledge and ability to work cross functionally.
• Leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews key sales metrics including sales growth, category penetration and gross profit; identifies areas for improvement.
• Leads and inspires team, spends significant time with Account Managers to focus on opportunities with highest sales potential.
• Trains and coaches Account Managers in effective selling processes and techniques.
• Gathers customer feedback and shares insights with leadership to improve performance and customer experience.
• Conducts monthly accountability reviews with account managers and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Typically requires 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Operation of a company or personal vehicle with MVR checks; acceptable MVR required.
