Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited college.
• 10+ years in industry sales.
• 5+ years experience with area customer base.
• Strong sales management background.
• Recruiting experience.
• Product knowledge and cross-functional work.
• Leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews key sales metrics including growth, category penetration & gross profit, guiding improvements.
• Leads, engages, and inspires team to pursue top opportunities with Account Managers.
• Trains and coaches Account Managers in selling processes and techniques.
• Gathers customer feedback and shares with leadership to improve performance.
