Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master's, Bachelor's, Associate or High school with extensive Sales/Marketing experience.
• 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people/teams.
• Biologics or specialty sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to medical professionals, providing clinical knowledge of Amgen products.
• Lead district teams to meet or exceed sales and budget targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates; coach and develop staff.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, other BUs) and share best practices.
