Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager in California to motivate and guide district sales teams toward equipment rental and revenue goals. You will work with District and Branch Managers to explore new markets, analyze competition, and forecast territories.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years in outside sales or management, strong leadership, and proven negotiation and communication skills, with proficiency in Salesforce and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years of outside sales or sales management experience with proven planning and negotiation skills.
• Proficient using Salesforce and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and assist Outside Sales Reps to meet revenue goals.
• Collaborate with District/Branch Managers to develop new markets and analyze trends.
• Assist Branch Managers with territory planning and forecasting for Outside Reps.
• Align Inside Sales activities with Outside Reps’ goals.
• Lead sales blitzes and customer events to boost relationships and revenue.
