Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Leader in Vista, CA to motivate and guide sales reps toward achieving revenue targets. The role coordinates with District and Branch Managers to explore new markets, analyze trends, and optimize profitability.

You will set territories, forecasts, and align Inside/Outside sales efforts while driving key account strategies. Required are 7+ years in outside sales or sales leadership, a Bachelor's degree, and strong negotiation, communication, and

7+ years of outside sales, sales management or related leadership experience.
Proven planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Salesforce proficiency and ability to align activities with sales strategy.
Strong leadership, customer service, presentation and communication skills.
Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Motivate and assist Outside Sales Representatives to meet revenue goals.
Develop new markets with District/Branch Managers by understanding trends and competition.
Assist in establishing sales territories, goals and forecast for Outside Reps.
Align Inside Sales Reps activities with Outside Reps goals and objectives.
Support sales blitzes and customer-focused events to boost district relations.
Promote Key Account revenue generation and Salesforce usage within the district.
