Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a results-driven sales leader to motivate and guide Outside Sales Reps in Arizona. You will collaborate with District and Branch Managers to expand markets, set territories, and forecast revenue, while aligning Inside and Outside Sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience.
• 7+ years of successful outside sales, sales management or management experience.
• Proficient with Salesforce and data-driven sales strategies.
• Strong leadership, customer service, presentation, analytical and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and proactively assist Outside Sales Representatives in meeting and exceeding their equipment rental, sales and total revenue goals.
• Work with the District Manager and Branch Managers to develop new markets, understand market trends, competition and profitability factors.
• Assist Branch Managers with establishing sales territories, goals and forecast for Outside Sales Reps.
• Align Inside Sales Rep activities, goals and objectives with those of Outside Sales Reps.
• Assist Branch Managers in sales blitzes and initiate customer-focused events to improve relationships and drive sales penetration.
• Promote Key Account revenue generation within the district (National/Strategic/Assigned Accounts).
• Promote efficient and optimal use of Salesforce.
