Responsibilities

• Identifies the market (sales and profits) potential in the geographical locations of the district.
• Implements various sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals and increase branch revenue.
• Actively manages the district aggregate prospect pipeline.
• Ensures corporate sales training programs are implemented.
• Manages the training of sales professionals utilizing various training methods.
