Total Wine & More is seeking a District Manager for our Colorado market, focusing on people development, coaching, and performance management across field teams.

You will drive sales and profits by executing corporate initiatives, mentoring managers, and ensuring excellent customer service and store operations. This role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires travel across markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years retail background, multi-unit supervision.
• Proven leadership and recruiting/staffing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store management teams to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Drive top-line sales while controlling expenses and implementing company initiatives.
