Job summary

Palm Bay International, a family-owned wines and spirits importer, is seeking a District Manager for Colorado to drive growth and market execution in On- and Off-Premise channels. This field-based role partners with distributors and key accounts to expand Palm Bay’s premium portfolio.

You will develop territory business plans, lead distributor training, and deliver executive-level reviews while building lasting relationships with retailers, restaurants, hotels, and hospitality groups across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive beverage alcohol sales experience with a supplier, importer, distributor, or related beverage company.
• Existing relationships within the Colorado On- and Off-Premise market strongly preferred.
• Experience managing both independent and chain retail accounts, restaurants, bars, hotels, and hospitality groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM/sales analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve distribution, depletion, revenue, and profitability goals.
• Identify and convert new account opportunities while growing existing business across On- and Off-Premise channels.
• Expand distribution of Palm Bay's premium portfolio throughout Colorado.
• Lead distributor engagement and conduct regular ride-withs and trainings.
• Provide regular territory updates and strategic recommendations based on data.
