Total Wine & More in Denver seeks an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a sales-driven culture. You will support store operations, payroll, inventory, and merchandising while leading a team to exceed targets.

As internal Associate Manager, you will recruit, train, and develop staff, drive customer satisfaction, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent retail experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet key performance metrics.
• Recruit, train, and lead store team with ongoing development.
• Support daily operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store objectives.
