Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO Rainin is seeking a District Sales Manager in Raleigh, NC to grow Rainin products and services. You will lead a sales team, define strategies, and drive revenue while aligning with divisional goals.

You will manage quotations, customer inquiries, and orders, ensure training, and report on KPIs. Strong leadership and Life Sciences experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales management.
• Experience with life sciences products and services.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise an assigned team of sales representatives.
• Drive revenue by identifying, quoting, and closing sales opportunities.
• Provide monthly reports on team activities and KPIs.
• Ensure team has product, sales, and system training.
• Collaborate with other managers to improve processes and sales productivity.
• Manage personnel issues and conduct yearly performance evaluations.
