Job summary

Mettler Toledo Rainin is seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive service revenue growth across the Mid-Atlantic, Southeast, Midwest, and parts of the Gulf Coast. You will proactively sell Rainin service solutions, develop new business, and strengthen existing relationships with Life Sciences, Government and Academia, Pharma, Biotech, and others.

Travel up to 30% is required. You will own the service sales strategy, manage the pipeline from prospecting to close, and partner with regional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years in Life Sciences sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the service sales strategy for the assigned region.
• Develop and manage service pipeline, forecast, and opportunity tracking.
• Conduct customer visits, discovery meetings, and business reviews to identify needs.
• Lead proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closing of service opportunities.
• Drive service renewals and expand penetration within accounts.
• Collaborate with account managers and sales leadership to plan regional targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and report regional performance.
