Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a District Sales Leader to oversee a district of 10–15 Route Sales Representatives and a $10–$15 million business. The role includes a structured 6–12+ month onboarding and training program, with exposure to the Direct Store Delivery network and cross-functional partners.

Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years managing frontline employees.
• Consumer packaged goods experience in a Direct Store Delivery environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Requires DOT certification during pre-onboarding process.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of 10–15 Route Sales Representatives.

• Provide administrative and technical support.
• Facilitate information to direct reports.
• Learn and operate the Direct Store Delivery network and supply chain.
