PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery District Leader to head a team of 10–20 drivers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. You will coordinate with sales and warehouse teams, maintain delivery windows, and drive productivity with regular route rides. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

The role requires 2+ years in frontline management, a 7 am start Tue–Sat, and a valid US work authorization. CDL is preferred but not mandatory, with care for safety and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years managing frontline employees
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred
• Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday starting at 7 am
• Class A CDL certification is recommended
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Work authorization in the United States required
• Valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of frontline employees delivering orders to key customers in a direct store delivery setting
• Manage 10–20 delivery drivers (CDL required for some routes)
• Answer field customer calls and ensure 100% service
• Meet daily store delivery time windows
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to meet customer needs
• Coach and develop drivers; conduct gate-to-gate route rides biweekly
• Improve delivery productivity and processes
• Ensure DOT and PBNA safety standards are followed
• Hold team meetings and safety training
• Support full-service vending and controls
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication; interpersonal skills
• Maintain strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Demonstrate urgency in execution
• Show a track record of improving business results via leadership
