The ideal candidate has 7+ years in related sales, strong leadership and coaching skills, and the ability to work with diverse teams and customers. Travel and vehicle use are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industry sales experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience with designated customer base.
• Strong sales management, leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Reviews key sales metrics: sales growth, category penetration and gross profit percentage.
• Leads and coaches sales team; provides feedback for improvement.
• Spends significant time with Account Managers and trains account managers.
• Drives opportunities with high sales potential across regions.
• Seeks customer feedback and shares insights with leadership to improve performance.
• Ensures accountability and focus on profitable business results.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
