• Leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews key sales metrics including sales growth, sales category penetration & safety, and gross profit percentage goal.
• Leads, engages, and inspires team to focus on opportunities with highest sales potential; spends 4+ days with Account Managers.
• Trains and coaches Account Managers in effective selling processes and techniques.
• Seeks customer feedback and shares with leadership to improve customer experience; conducts monthly reviews with account managers.
