Responsibilities

• Reviews sales metrics and identifies areas for improvement to drive profitable results.
• Leads and coaches sales team and Account Managers to target top opportunities.
• Trains Account Managers in effective selling processes and techniques.
• Gathers customer feedback and works with leadership to improve the customer experience.
• Maintains regular accountability reviews with the team.
