• Ability to interpret P&L, margins and forecasts for sales teams.
• Experience in leading or mentoring sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Direct the District Sales Manager and AM field execution to grow outside sales.
• Coach AMs, qualify new opportunities, and drive expansion within accounts.
• Set territories, quotas, and review plans for territory growth.
• Maintain and grow regional account portfolio with strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales to train and align on strategies.
• Identify expansion opportunities and optimize pricing and margins.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and develop customized growth plans.
