Job summary

Sysco Virginia, LLC is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive performance among Sales Consultants across Harrisonburg, Lexington, Staunton, and Waynesboro. You will coach and develop talent to achieve profitable case and GP growth.

You will lead weekly coaching, run district meetings to educate and inspire, and expand customer engagement with technology-enabled solutions while ensuring strong CRM usage to plan, prospect, and execute territory strategies.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coach and direct work-withs with Sales Consultants weekly.
• Lead district meetings to educate and drive behavior changes for sales growth.
• Drive customer engagement with technology-enabled solutions and value-added services.
• Utilize CRM and Sysco 360 for sales planning and engagement.
• Execute territory planning and manage top customers and high-value prospects.
• Support national campaigns and promotions.
