Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct weekly coaching with SCs and lead district meetings.
• Drive customer engagement and grow sales through consultative selling.
• Lead territory planning and manage CRM usage.
• Support promotional campaigns and company initiatives.
• Prepare reports and budgets and participate in district meetings.
