Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and train our salesforce, maximize district revenue, and build long-term customer relationships. You will manage a team and drive sales strategies in the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree, five years of sales experience (preferably in material handling), and at least two years of management. You’ll travel about 60% in the field and collaborate across departments to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Five years related sales experience (material handling or loading dock equipment sales beneficial).
• Two years in a sales management capacity.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales goals within the district.
• Develop long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
• Lead, train, and manage the salesforce across the district.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to maximize district revenue.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and coordinate sales meetings.
