Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a District Manager for the Mac Tools sales team in the United States. You will develop distributor business, onboard new partners, and conduct training and field meetings across your territory.

You will coach distributors, lead route surveys, and manage regional credits while traveling up to 80% of the time. A BA in business plus 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of route/field sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience directing multiple field sales professionals.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities
