Job summary

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in foodservice.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 work-withs per week to coach SCs.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate and inspire behavior changes for sales growth.
• Direct Customer Engagement efforts and promote value-added services and team selling.
