Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a District Sales Manager in Cincinnati to lead and develop Sales Consultants, drive profitable growth, and execute district plans. You will coach teams, manage key accounts, and align with national campaigns and promotions to deliver strong sales performance.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a solid background in foodservice sales. You will utilize Sysco CRM tools and participate in ongoing training to drive the Sysco Way to Sell.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 SC coaching sessions per week.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate and drive behavior changes.
• Direct Customer Engagement by enabling the district SC to provide Sysco customers with expanded service options and value added services.
• Maintain continuous improvement mentality around technology, sales skills, soft skills and product knowledge.
• Leverage CRM and Sysco 360 for planning, forecasting and daily engagement.
• Deliver Sysco brand results and manage conversion opportunities within the district.
• Support national campaigns and promotions.
• Coach and train associates in consultative selling and the Sysco Way to Sell.
• Execute territory planning and management.
