Job summary

Sysco in Fergus Falls is seeking a District Sales Manager to drive performance of Sales Consultants across the district. You will coach, develop talent, and lead a culture focused on profitable case and gross profit growth.

You will conduct frequent coaching sessions, run district meetings, and coordinate customer engagement while leveraging Sysco's CRM and CMP/QPP processes to optimize planning, forecasting, and sales execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable foodservice sales.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Sales Consultants in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coaches and directs SCs through weekly work-withs and district meetings.
• Leads customer engagement efforts and expands service options for Sysco customers.
• Utilizes Sysco CRM and CMP/QPP processes to coach performance and forecast sales.
• Executes territory planning and maintains relationships with top customers.
• Drives profitable sales growth and supports national campaigns.
