Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in Fargo, ND seeks a District Sales Manager to drive sales performance across Sales Consultants. You will coach, mentor and develop the team, run district meetings, and enhance customer engagement through technology-enabled services.

Qualifications

• High school education required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years of experience growing profitable sales; 5+ years in foodservice sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions (3–5 SC work-withs).
• Lead Friday district meetings to drive behavior changes and sales.
• Oversee Customer Engagement and leverage technology and services.
• Utilize Sysco CRM and Sysco 360 for planning, forecasting and engagement.
• Coach associates and provide timely feedback to develop consultative selling skills.
• Execute territory planning and manage key customer relationships.
• Drive delivery and order process efficiency and resolve issues.
• Support national campaigns and promotions; manage related admin duties.
