Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of industry sales experience.
• 5+ years experience with area customer base.
• Strong sales management and recruiting experience.
• Product knowledge and ability to work cross functionally.
• Leadership and coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Review key sales metrics and gross profit percentage, identify areas for improvement, and coach sales teams.
• Lead and inspire Account Managers; spend 4 days a week with them to focus on best opportunities.
• Train and coach Account Managers in effective selling processes and techniques.
• Gather customer feedback, share with leadership, and drive improvement in customer experience.
• Perform other duties.
• 7+ years of related field experience.
• Operate vehicle >80% of week; MVR check required.
