Job summary

Amgen is seeking a District Sales Manager to cover the Toledo, Akron, Canton, Lorain, and Youngstown region. You will lead district teams, coach sales reps, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet and exceed targets in oncology, inflammation, general medicine, and rare disease.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of managerial experience.
Experience leading sales teams and coaching performance.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and other units.

Responsibilities

Track progress of marketing messages and programs.
Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocation and resources.
Manage district teams to maximize performance and achieve sales targets.
Screen, interview and hire candidates.
Ensure training compliance and development coaching.
Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams.
