Qualifications

• Minimum required degree levels with corresponding years of sales/marketing experience as listed in the job description.
• Experience leading teams, projects, or resource allocation in a sales/marketing context.
• Ability to recruit, interview, and hire candidates within a district.
• Strong coaching and performance management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocating, monitoring, and leveraging resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and meet sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance.
• Coach and develop team members for future roles.
• Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Finance).
• Share best practices with direct reports and peers.
• Coordinate and participate in cluster teams.
• Conduct district sales meetings to guide districts.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to achieve objectives.
