The role requires a college degree, insurance/financial sales experience, licenses; offers a base around $100K plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with potential for higher earnings depending on results.

Qualifications

• College degree (Business or Marketing preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years relevant experience required.
• Insurance/financial service and sales or related experience preferred.
• Licensed in all product lines preferred.
• FINRA Registered Representative and Principal; Series 6, 26 & 63 (or pass within first three mo)
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and recruit qualified new agents using our process.
• Train agents and drive sales to grow the agency.
• Perform supervisory tasks for the agency.
• Collaborate with District Manager to meet performance metrics.
