Job summary

Timberland is seeking a District Operations Manager to oversee a group of Timberland retail stores, guiding operational excellence, inventory control, and customer experiences across the district.

You will collaborate with Store Managers, Planning, Merchandising and Loss Prevention to optimize performance, manage expenses, and uphold Timberland’s brand values. Frequent travel within the district is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive retail leadership across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, loss prevention and financial analysis.
• Advanced English level is required.
• willingness to travel within district.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations across multiple Timberland stores and ensure consistent execution of standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, audits, and shrinkage prevention across stores.
• Drive sales, profitability and expense management through effective cost controls.
• Coach store managers and cross-functional partners to strengthen execution and accountability.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience via operational excellence and compliance.
