Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage store operations, scheduling, and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including scheduling, loss prevention, audits, and reporting.
• Drive sales, customer experience, and profitability through coaching and team development.
• Uphold brand standards, product knowledge, and visual merchandising across the store.
• Recruit, onboard, evaluate, and promote store team members to build a high-performing culture.
• Provide coaching and training to ensure consistent service and operations across shifts.
