Job summary

Lidl US is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead and support store teams, driving performance and upholding Lidl's value of high-quality, low prices. You will coach Store Managers, set priorities, and ensure consistent results across 3-5 stores with 9-15 managers and assistants.

Successful candidates will analyze KPIs, develop actionable plans, and foster teamwork in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of management experience, or 4+ years in a management role
• Ability to analyze KPI data and drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly and set priorities with Store Managers
• Own 3-5 stores with 9-15 Store Managers/Asst Store Managers
• Drive KPI results through data analysis and coaching
• Create an environment for colleagues to perform their best
• Lead tests and projects to advance the business
