Lidl US is seeking a District Manager to lead 3–5 stores, drive KPI performance, and coach Store Managers toward high standards. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strategic planning, and team motivation in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to analyze data, connect it to real-world variables, and apply it to improve store performance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly and collaborate with Store Managers to set priorities and expectations.
• Drive KPI results through data and process analysis plus coaching in stores.
• Direct responsibility for performance in 3–5 stores with a team of 9–15 Store/Assistant Managers.
• Create an environment where colleagues can perform at their best.
• Coordinate and implement tests and projects that advance the business.
