Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 6 years in a management role.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into team actions.
• Strong communication and motivational leadership.
• Willingness to lift/move heavy items as part of store oversight.
• Flexibility to work early mornings and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly and set priorities with Store Managers.
• Drive KPI results through data analysis and coaching.
• Direct responsibility for 3–5 stores and 9–15 managers.
• Create an environment for teams to perform their best.
• Coordinate and implement tests and projects to advance business.
