Job summary

Lidl US is seeking a District Manager to develop and support store teams while upholding Lidl's low-price, high-quality shopping standard. You will drive performance across multiple stores and lead with compassion.

You'll manage 3–5 stores with 9–15 Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, coach teams, and pilot tests and projects to move the business forward. This role requires flexible hours and a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and 4 years of management experience OR at least 6 years of experience in a management role.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actions.
• Confident, decisive communication and ability to motivate a team.
• Willingness to lead strategy, planning, and hands-on execution.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and reach above 10 inches.
• Flexible to start at 5am or finish at 11pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores regularly and work with Store Managers to set priorities and expectations.
• Take responsibility for KPI results and improvement through data analysis and coaching.
• Direct responsibility for performance in 3–5 stores with 9–15 Store Managers and ASMs.
• Create an environment where colleagues can produce their best work.
• Coordinate and implement tests and projects that drive the business forward.
