Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee operations for multiple properties, drive lease administration, and maintain high resident satisfaction. You will supervise associate teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with the corporate office to ensure compliance and performance.

The role requires extensive property management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Yardi or similar systems. Willingness to travel and work across properties is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in property management with P&L responsibility is desirable.
• Proficiency with property management software and strong financial acumen are expected.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of multiple properties, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rental collection, delinquency management, P&L, and marketing.
• Ensures high client and resident satisfaction across properties.
• Leads recruiting, mentoring, and performance management of associates.
• Collaborates with Avenue5 marketing to create strategic plans to attract and retain residents.
• Manages annual budgets, general ledger, and reporting to property owners and leadership.
• Ensures compliance with HUD/loan programs and property management guidelines.
• Maintains property condition, curb appeal, and safety protocols.
