Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a District Manager to oversee the operations of multiple properties, driving resident satisfaction, retention, and strong financial performance. You will lead lease administration, collections, and marketing efforts, while managing associate life cycles and capitalizing on partnerships with the property leadership team.

In this role you will review P&L statements, prepare owner reports, and ensure compliance with management agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for leadership roles.
• Real estate license as required by state/local law.
• HUD/loan assistance knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with Yardi or equivalent PM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of several properties including resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage property P&L and annual budget in alignment with company standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage performance of associates.
• Create strategic marketing plans to attract and retain residents with the marketing team.
• Prepare reports for property owners and Avenue5 leadership.
• Ensure adherence to operational guidelines in the Property Management Agreement.
