Job summary

LitLab is seeking a District Partnerships Manager to lead district-level partnerships, onboarding, and ongoing engagement with teachers and school leaders. You will work directly with the CEO to scale adoption, drive PDs, and manage the end-to-end district relationship across multiple time zones in a remote-first setup.

This role requires strong educator credibility, comfort presenting to administrators, and the ability to turn data insights into actionable support.

Qualifications

• Credible with educators on early literacy and classroom impact.
• Experience owning end-to-end initiatives with real stakes in educational tech or district programs.
• Strong systems thinking and fluency with AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation through onboardings and PDs to deliver classroom value.
• Retain and grow by helping school/district leaders interpret literacy data and usage, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Build district partnerships by running demos, pitching, and nurturing relationships with high-potential districts.
