• Cultivate relationships with school/district stakeholders as a trusted partner.
• Design long-term literacy improvement strategies grounded in culturally sustaining practices.
• Develop and execute coaching plans aligned with goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor progress and metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data from observations and outcomes to inform practice.
• Provide progress reports and strategic recommendations to leadership.
