Job summary

HOYA is seeking a District Sales Manager for the ECP Channel in the United States. This role leads a team of Territory Sales Managers to meet district and channel forecasts, coaches sales talent, and coordinates with leadership on budgets and strategic plans.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills with Power BI, a track record in optical sales, and experience in leading multi-person teams through complex markets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful sales experience required.
• 8+ years of optical sales experience preferred with some management background.
• Outside selling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieves district and channel sales forecasts.
• Develops objectives based on HOYA ECP Channel plans.
• Coaches and supports Territory Sales Managers.
• Represents the District at key customer events and builds loyalty.
• Monitors market changes and coordinates budgets with leadership.
• Delivers district reports using Power BI and data analysis.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and develops sales talent.
• Ensures adherence to HOYA sales processes and methodologies.
