Job summary

HOYA Vision Group in the United States is seeking a District Sales Manager for the ECP Channel in Texas. Lead district sales, forecast achievement, and drive performance through Territory Sales Managers with coaching and data-driven insights.

You will coordinate with regional leadership, manage budgets, and deliver district reports using Power BI while developing your team and representing HOYA ECP Channel at key customer events.

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful sales experience required.
• Outside selling experience preferred.
• 8+ years of optical sales experience, preferably 5 years in optical sales management.

Responsibilities

• Achieves district sales forecast and the sales forecast for the ECP Channel.
• Develops objectives based on HOYA ECP Channel business plans.
• Coaches and supports Territory Sales Managers in territory and account planning.
• Leads by example with high levels of customer service and builds loyalty at key customer events.
• Coordinates with Regional Sales Director on district and territory budgets.
• Provides district reports using Power BI and data analysis.
• Develops and grows the team through coaching and HOYA ECP Channel processes.
• Assists Region Sales Director with region execution plans.
• Completes reports and administrative duties accurately and timely.
• Represents the company in line with core values.
