Job summary

Now Optics is seeking a Sales Manager for an on-site store location. You will lead a sales team, coach associates, and partner with clinical and lab staff to drive performance while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role offers growth opportunities and exposure to senior leadership within a fast-growing optical retailer. You will train, empower the team, and support talent development, store operations, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment (1+ year).
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on duty to manage recruitment and training.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals and communicate with HR.
• Ensure lab production supports Now Service and Ready When Promised.
