Job summary

Team Industrial Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the District's day-to-day operations, enforce policies, and optimize material and personnel use. You will drive scheduling, vendor management, and safety compliance while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

The role requires strong planning, leadership, and ERP experience (Dynamics AX); travel up to 50% is expected. Location is the Geismar office in Louisiana, with Monday–Friday core hours and opportunities for process

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor's degree preferred in management or related field.
5+ years of industry-related experience; prior management experience preferred.
Experience using ERP systems (Dynamics AX) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the District and enforce company policies.
Coordinate material and equipment purchases to meet customer requirements.
Oversee technician personnel activities, including evaluations and merit increases.
Monitor district profitability and utilization reports weekly to improve efficiency.
Handle vendor relations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
